 If the Customer opts for packing services, the Company will provide professionally trained staff to pack items safely and efficiently using appropriate materials. Packing may occur on the day of the move or beforehand, depending on the size and complexity of the job. While every effort will be made to handle items with care, the Company is not liable for damage to items with pre-existing wear, concealed damage, or items not disclosed as fragile. The Customer is responsible for identifying and notifying the Company of any particularly fragile or high-value items prior to packing. Packing supplies may be charged separately unless otherwise included in the service estimate.
